Please note we do not accept returns. Our customers have expressed they are not comfortable with buying formula/products that has been returned. All of our products will be new from supplier.
Shipping only occurs on business days unless you have contacted us for ‘Express Saturday Delivery.’ Saturday delivery is not for all locations. If you send us your order number or address, we can check express options.
If you live in a condominium or apartment, please include your buzzer number or note to leave with security/concierge so courier can enter the building.
We use courier for reliability and speed. Couriers do not have access to P.O. Box delivery. Please use our full address. If you only have a P.O. Box address, please contact us and we will find the closest pick up point.
