Hipp Organic Goodnight Milk-Cereal Meal
- The HiPP Gute Nacht milk and cereal porridge can be drunk from a bottle or from a cup.
- Since this is a full meal, it can be offered as a complete evening meal. Please do not feed both before bed.
- Although the Goodnight Cereal Meal is suitable for drinking from the bottle, it is better for children’s dental health if they drink from a cup as early as possible.
- Never use a bottle with a meal containing Good Night Cereal as a sleep aid or pacifier replacement – the carbohydrates it contains can cause tooth decay if they stay in contact with teeth for a long time. Make sure to brush your baby’s teeth every day as soon as the first tooth is visible, especially after the last meal before going to bed!
Preparation
When preparing the food, follow the instructions carefully. Improper preparation or storage of the prepared bottle over a long period of time can lead to health problems, e.g. due to the growth of undesirable germs. Therefore, prepare food fresh before each meal and feed it immediately. Do not reuse leftover food. Clean the bottle, teat, ring and (teacher) cup thoroughly. After removing the product, reseal the opened bag tightly, store it in a dry place at room temperature and use it within 3 weeks. Do not heat the food in the microwave (risk of scalding).
- 1) Boil fresh drinking water and cool it to approx. 40°-50°C.
- 2) Pour 2/3 of the water provided into the bottle.
- 3) Loosely fill the measuring spoon and scrape off any remaining powder. Pour the recommended amount of powder into the bottle.
- 4) Close the bottle and shake vigorously.
- 5)Add remaining water and shake vigorously several times.
- 6) Allow to cool to drinking temperature (approx. 37°C). Check the temperature and pour the contents into a (drinking) cup.
The amount of liquid per meal can vary from individual to individual. Recommended amounts are guidelines. Your baby does not necessarily have to drink the entire cup.
- 170 ml ready-to-drink food = 150 ml boiled water + 5 measuring spoons
- 200 ml ready-to-drink food = 180 ml boiled water + 6 measuring spoons
Please only use the measuring spoon provided! 1 level measuring spoon = approx. 5.1 g HiPP Gute Nacht.

- HiPP Good Night Milk-Cereal Meal is a complete milk-cereal meal instead of puree. Please make sure that you only offer your child one milk-cereal meal to drink each day.
- In addition to liquid food, babies also need daily supplementary food to be fed by spoon.
- Please remember to eat a balanced diet, lead a healthy lifestyle and brush your child’s teeth after the last meal before going to bed. Do not let your child suck on a bottle all the time, as a pacifier substitute or to help them fall asleep, as frequent or constant sucking on a bottle can lead to tooth damage (caries). Let your child drink from a cup as early as possible.
Storage and use conditions
After removing the product, close the opened bag tightly, store in a dry place at room temperature and use within 3 weeks.
