Serving Canadians since 2013. All of our suppliers only focus on organic food and have expertise in shipping food. All of our shipments travel by air. From the airport to our warehouse, all goods travel in temperature controlled trucks. From our warehouse to you, we only use couriers. Couriers are faster as compared to postal service, especially during busy seasons like holidays, long weekends and shopping seasons. We use couriers that hand deliver the formula to your door, directly in your hands. We pay extra for couriers to collect signature on every delivery to ensure you get the formula and that the formula isn’t left outside in the hot or cold weather unless you want the courier to leave it at your door. Our goal is to ensure the formula stays in a temperature controlled environment as much as possible during delivery.
Product recalls are rare but they do happen. Since recalls for European formulas might not show on local news, we do post any product updates and recalls on our website for transparency and safety. The last time there was a recall, was in 2020 for Hipp Anti-Reflux. This product fortunately did not make it to our warehouse but for transparency, we had updated our website and the product page. Regular Shipping Estimates
Orders can take 24 hours to process, excluding evenings and weekends. However *please double check orders before placing them. Orders can get processed very fast and sometimes as soon as you place it. This can make cancelling or changing orders very difficult* Please note we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please email us if you only have P.O. Box delivery. If your address is a province not mentioned below, please email us directly.

Majority locations express delivery is 1 business day. Some locations can be 2 business days. Please email us and we can check for you.
IF COURIER ATTEMPTS DELIVERY AND TAKES THE ORDER
If the courier takes your order, they are obligated to return for free. Please use their online chat bot and request re-delivery. They will ask what is the best day and time to return.
Once the order is scanned in by the courier, they will email you tracking details directly. Please wait 24 hours. Please check your spam and junk folder for tracking emails as emails can get caught.
Ordering Best practice
If possible, order 2 weeks before you run out of formula. This way, incase there any shipping delays, you have a buffer. Majority of the time, if we are out of stock, it can take 2 weeks to restock.
**PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR TRACKING** Couriers will require signature upon delivery. If you are not available, they will take the order to a local pick up location and hold the order for 5 days. They can come re-deliver, but you have to let them know a day and time to come back. After 5 days, the courier will ship the package back to us. If you would like the courier to leave the order outside your door, please select the ‘No Signature Required’ button on the checkout page.
